My dog is full of energy and loves to run. I adopted him and I think e used to be a sled dog :!: One day when I was just taking a walk with him, his name's Indy, I told him "Mush" and he shot out so fast I got slamed to the ground. :D Well dog man's best friend but some times they get so excited that you just get nailed. :o

Siri passed away in Nov '06 from bone cancer. She was pretty young, but had two litters and was an excellent lead dog. She always outsmarted us.

Koki passed away in Aug '06. He was Siri's father. Handsome goofy dog.

I hated this outfit. Langley Tree Farm, BC. I think this was from 2000.

Lulu Bell lives in Grayling, which is one of the village checkpoints on the trail this year. She's so excited to see the race and bark at everyone (encouragingly, of course) racing by! She did a little pulling last year, and as soon as her new harness comes in the mail, she's going to give this pulling thing another try. Maybe she'll be so inspired that she'll race in the Iditarod someday!

wow all those dog pics were adorable! I actually have a black lab named Kayler. That little girl is like my pride and joy. I live in a smalltown in Oregon and here everyone pretty much has a retreiver and a setter. I also have a little mixed breed named Buddy. I am not really sure what dogs are in him, but he's adorable!

This is my rescue Hank. He is half golden, half lab. He raises money for a research fund administerd by the American College of Veterinary Medicine called "Chase Away K9 Cancer" It is named after a dockdog Chase who died of cancer. Click on my link below for more info. The fund has raised almost $200,000 in 2.5 years and funded 3 University research projects!!

Next week I will be asking all of you to vote for Hank in a Bissell pet photo contest. The overall top five from all the weeks get over $15,0000 donated to charity and Hank would love to give this fund more money!!
