No can do this year, though enjoyed it last year. I'm just too broke. Don't tell me to cut the lattes or the cable or eating out with my family. I don't have/do any of those.

There are some of us who don't have the computer OS or broadband capacity to participate in all the extended $$ goodies.

I wish it weren't so, but I'm one of them. Yes I miss out on A LOT of stuff, but I tend to hover more over text/media/blog reports. You tube and most video/audio are pretty much useless for me on Dial up.

I'm not really sad about it, because my Iditarod browsing hasn't been greatly changed. I can get the picture I need for myself, mostly because others are generous in sharing facts.

Now, if we were talking about having to have a paid subscription to see race logs or current standings, I certainly WOULD go ballistic.
