Well, it looks as if it may be an interesting year for three year old horses (Florida Derby, Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont, etc.) *Probably* not a year where a superhorse emerges, though that wouldn't astonish me, but looks as if some of those, er, great big hard toed sled dogs that carry the musher on their backs may display some impressive performances.
Personally, I would like to see Union Rags give everyone a view of his beautifully groomed tail -- because he himself is a nice tempered, kind, intelligent horse, and one who knows how to get over ground swiftly without wearing himself out -- all traits that should be passed on -- and also because both his owner (Phyllis Wyeth) and his trainer (Michael Matz) are the sort of folks one wishes to see having good luck.
But there are some other very fine three year olds, as well. Kind of like the Iditarod, it would be nice to see everyone win.
Hope your Insider access problems get straightened out -- has to be something like one of Wayward's cousins making a play for a Facebook page of his own -- certainly your posts are assets, not anything that would cause an intentional access restriction.
Hope someone in the planning for next year takes notice, too -- glitches happen, but if they want to sell Insider subscriptions, there does need to be a route to *someone* who can promptly fix such things.
